ContactCore LLC
ContactCore terms of service
ContactCore LLC’s terms for using ContactCore, its websites and applications.
1. Agreement and scope
ContactCore is operated by ContactCore LLC, a New York company owned by Purple Paradox Holdings LLC, a Wyoming company. These terms are the agreement between you and ContactCore LLC for ContactCore. Life View Innovations LLC provides infrastructure through lifeview.dev, but its terms are not incorporated into this agreement.
2. Your Form responsibilities
You are responsible for every Form, website, domain, origin, redirect destination, recipient, and integration you configure or authorize. You must ensure that a Form accurately identifies the organization collecting information, describes the purpose for which it is collected, and includes any privacy notice, consent mechanism, opt-out, or other disclosure required by law. You must not falsely represent ContactCore as the organization requesting information unless ContactCore actually operates the Form.
You must keep access limited to people with a legitimate need, promptly remove former users, and use secure devices and credentials. You are responsible for permissions and actions taken by your users to the extent permitted by law.
3. Approved websites and security controls
Use ContactCore only from approved websites, domains, origins, and configurations. Do not bypass or attempt to bypass a domain restriction, CAPTCHA, rate limit, authentication control, access restriction, spam control, or other service safeguard. We may require verification or restrict a Form, domain, origin, redirect destination, or recipient when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
4. Sensitive and restricted information
Unless ContactCore expressly approves a specific implementation in writing, do not use an ordinary ContactCore Form to request, collect, or store payment-card data; government identification numbers; authentication secrets; passwords; private keys; medical or health information; biometric, genetic, or precise-location data; highly sensitive financial information; information about children where special rules apply; or other information that requires heightened safeguards. This list is not exhaustive. You remain responsible for determining whether a proposed form is lawful and appropriate.
5. Spam and abuse filtering
ContactCore may use security verification, rate limits, pattern analysis, blocklists, spam classifications, and other measures intended to reduce abuse. Filtering is a service aid, not a promise that all spam, fraud, malware, or harmful submissions will be detected or that legitimate submissions will never be delayed, classified, or blocked. You must use reasonable judgment when acting on a submission.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use ContactCore to facilitate or support fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, deceptive offers, unlawful debt collection, harassment, hate, violence, exploitation, trafficking, criminal activity, malware, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, or activity that violates another person’s rights. You may not use it to collect information through a misleading form; deceive people about a form’s purpose, source, price, necessity, or use of their information; evade safeguards; sell or sublicense ContactCore as an unrestricted service for unrelated organizations; or create a Form that is materially likely to harm form submitters or the public.
ContactCore must not be used as infrastructure to recruit, screen, organize, coordinate, fund, or collect information for military, paramilitary, militia, violent, or unlawful activity. These restrictions concern use of the service, not the protected identity, background, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or political viewpoint of a person or organization.
7. Content, monitoring, and enforcement
You retain rights in the content you submit or receive, subject to the limited processing permission in these Terms. ContactCore does not ordinarily create submission content and does not endorse it simply because it receives or stores it. We may use automated and human review that is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, investigate, or enforce the service. We do not promise human review of every Form or submission.
We may restrict, disable, preserve, remove, or suspend a Form, user, organization, or account when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or law, threatens security, exposes people to harm, creates an abuse or fraud risk, or is subject to a valid legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will explain the action and available next steps. You may report suspected misuse through the ContactCore contact form.
8. Privacy responsibilities
For information a business collects through its ContactCore Form, the business usually decides the purpose and use of that information. You are responsible for your privacy notices, lawful basis, consents, and responses to requests from the people whose information you collect. You must not represent that ContactCore changes or removes those responsibilities. Read the ContactCore Privacy Policy.
9. Authorized sharing
An authorized user may share a submission only by choosing the system share action or another feature expressly made available by ContactCore. Once information is shared with a selected destination, that destination’s privacy and security practices apply. You are responsible for deciding whether sharing is authorized and appropriate.
10. Plans, Forwarding Credits, and limits
Forwarding Credits are shared across the organization’s Forms. A valid submission uses one credit for each enabled forwarding recipient when processing is ready to forward it, with a minimum of one credit even if no recipient is enabled. A submission classified as spam or a bot uses one credit. A newly blacklisted submission uses no credits.
Monthly plan credits expire at the end of their billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs currently have no periodic expiration; promotional grants may have an expiration date shown with the grant. Credits are service usage units, not money. Plan prices, credit quantities, and available purchase options depend on the provider and the offer shown before purchase.
Only the organization’s owner may make new Apple purchases or transfer unused purchased credits to another organization they also currently own. Monthly plan and promotional credits cannot be transferred. Transfers preserve the original purchase and refund records. Before deleting an organization, its owner must acknowledge that any remaining credits will be lost. Deletion does not create an automatic refund; provider rules and applicable law still apply.
ContactCore may limit Forms, submissions, recipients, storage, security checks, notifications, and other resources. Limits do not permit prohibited or unlawful use. We may change technical or security requirements, supported features, limits, or restrictions where reasonably necessary to improve the service, respond to abuse, address a threat, comply with law, or meet a provider requirement. Future features and continued operation indefinitely are not guaranteed.
If renewal fails, ContactCore provides normal submission processing and forwarding during the provider-confirmed grace period: currently three days for Apple and one week for Stripe. A full monthly allowance is provided provisionally for that renewal cycle. If payment succeeds for the same cycle, credits already used during grace remain counted; there is no second full allowance. If recovery fails, unused provisional credits expire and ContactCore absorbs usage covered by that grace allowance. Usage beyond it follows the normal additional-credit rules. Additional purchased or promotional credits remain separate and may keep Forms receiving submissions after the Plan ends, subject to their balance and normal service restrictions.
We notify billing recipients, or the owner when none are configured, when grace starts and when it ends without recovery. Provider retry status and the applicable deadline determine availability; a grace-period end does not necessarily mean Apple has stopped attempting payment recovery. New paid allowances or packs first cover any existing credit deficit from other eligible usage. We show that balance before purchase.
11. Retention and final deletion
ContactCore does not guarantee indefinite retention of Forms, submissions, attachments, logs, classifications, delivery information, or other content. The current deletion lifecycle is specific to a Form and its submissions, not a promise that every organization record follows the same schedule. An inactive Form remains until an authorized Owner or Administrator manually deletes it. Automated age-based deletion is not currently active. Authorized managers can delete submissions and use the Form deletion process below. We do not promise indefinite storage; any future retention limit will be communicated before it takes effect.
An authorized Owner or Administrator may start manual deletion by confirming the exact Form name. Requesting deletion makes the Form inactive and starts the five-day safety lock. Successful activation cancels the request; a later request starts a new five-day lock. Failed activation preserves the request and deadline. After the lock ends, an authorized Owner or Administrator must return and complete the final deletion; ContactCore does not complete that manual path automatically. Final deletion removes the Form and its submissions from ContactCore. The service does not provide a way to restore them. Operational backups may temporarily retain copies; deleting a record does not mean it is immediately removed from every backup. Limited organization, security, audit, financial, or legally required records may follow separate retention obligations.
12. Legal process and emergencies
ContactCore may preserve or disclose information when required or permitted by valid applicable law, legal process, court order, subpoena, governmental demand, or a verified emergency involving a reasonable and imminent risk of death or serious physical injury. Where legally permitted and reasonably practicable, we may notify the affected customer. We may seek to narrow or challenge a request we reasonably believe is invalid, excessive, or unlawful, but we are not obligated to litigate every request.
13. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to form a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live to use the applicable service. Do not create an account or use a service in violation of applicable law. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and passkeys, and promptly address unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.
ContactCore may require verification, reauthentication, or other reasonable security steps. We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, organizations, the services, or compliance with law.
14. Your content and our limited permission
Customer Content means content you, your organization, or people acting for you submit to or make available through the services, including form configurations, submissions, files, messages, and associated information. As between you and ContactCore, you retain your rights in Customer Content.
You give ContactCore permission to handle Customer Content only to run, secure, maintain, support, and improve the services; follow your documented instructions; comply with law; and enforce these Terms. That permission ends when the relevant content is finally deleted, except for limited records we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or audit purposes.
15. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for Customer Content, your users, and your use of the services. You represent that you have all rights, notices, consents, and legal authority needed to collect, submit, process, share, and use Customer Content. You must give people any privacy notice, consent choice, or other disclosure required for your own website, organization, or activity. Our features do not determine whether your particular use is lawful; that depends on how you use them.
16. Security and service operation
We use reasonable measures intended to protect the services and information processed through them. No Internet-connected service is perfectly secure. You must use reasonable safeguards, keep credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about a suspected compromise. We may inspect, preserve, restrict, or disclose information where reasonably necessary to operate or secure the services, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, respond to a valid legal requirement, or protect people from harm.
17. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law or another person’s rights; commit fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deception; distribute malware; interfere with security or access controls; send or facilitate spam; collect information without required permission; exploit, harass, threaten, or discriminate against people; promote violence or unlawful activity; evade service restrictions; resell a service without written authorization; or use the services in a way that could harm ContactCore, its users, or the public. You may not probe, scan, or test a system’s vulnerability without our written permission, reverse engineer except where law cannot be excluded, or access information that you are not authorized to access.
18. Third-party services
The services may rely on third-party infrastructure or platform services, including an operating system’s notification service where you enable notifications. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent service, availability, content, or practices. We may change providers when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the services.
19. Intellectual property and feedback
ContactCore and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, branding, documentation, and other materials we provide, except for Customer Content. These Terms grant no ownership interest in them. You may provide feedback voluntarily; if you do, we may use it without compensation or restriction, but this does not transfer ownership of your Customer Content.
20. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every communication or notification, receipt of every submission, preservation of data, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not exclude warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContactCore and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm. For a business or organization, ContactCore’s total aggregate liability relating to an affected service will not exceed the amount actually paid to ContactCore for that affected service during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them, including to non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
22. Business indemnity
If you use the services for a business or organization, you will defend and indemnify ContactCore against third-party claims, damages, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use, Customer Content that violates another person’s rights, failure to obtain required consent, spam or unlawful communications, fraud, intentional misconduct, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by ContactCore’s own conduct for which it is legally responsible.
23. Legal requirements and geographic restrictions
We may preserve or disclose information where required or permitted by valid applicable law, legal process, or a verified emergency involving a reasonable and imminent risk of death or serious physical injury. Where legally permitted and reasonably practicable, we may notify the affected customer. We may restrict access where providing a service would violate sanctions, export controls, court orders, or other applicable requirements.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as services, law, risks, or business practices change. The current version and its effective date will remain at this address. If a material update significantly affects rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance when required by law. If you do not agree with an update, you may stop using the affected service before it takes effect, without giving up any right that law does not allow us to limit.
25. Governing law and disputes
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A business or organization agrees that unresolved disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York State, United States of America, and consents to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove non-waivable protections or venue rights under the law that applies where you live.
Before filing a lawsuit, we encourage you to try to resolve the matter informally through the ContactCore contact form. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that law does not permit to be delayed or waived.
26. General provisions and contact
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable service-specific terms, and any separately agreed written agreement are the entire agreement about the relevant service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the fullest extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, sale of relevant assets, or successor service, subject to applicable law and our privacy obligations.
The English version controls if a translation conflicts with it, unless mandatory law says otherwise. Questions, notices, privacy requests, and other communications may be submitted through the ContactCore contact form. ContactCore LLC provides the services from New York, United States.
