ContactCore LLC
ContactCore privacy policy
How ContactCore LLC handles information for its website, apps and service.
1. Responsible company and scope
ContactCore is operated by ContactCore LLC, a New York company owned by Purple Paradox Holdings LLC, a Wyoming company. This policy describes ContactCore LLC’s practices for ContactCore. Life View Innovations LLC provides infrastructure through lifeview.dev, but its terms are not incorporated into this agreement.
2. Information we may process
The information depends on the service and your choices. It may include the following categories:
- Account and organization information: name, email address, account identifier, organization membership, roles, permissions, preferences, and account-creation or modification records.
- Authentication and security information: sign-in identifiers, session and token information, login history, IP address, browser or device information, and security events used to protect accounts and services.
- Customer-controlled content: information a business asks a person to submit through an approved ContactCore Form, such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, message text, files, or other fields chosen by that business.
- Billing and payment records: billing-contact details, organization billing settings, amounts, taxes, invoices, transaction status, provider references, refunds, and disputes. A payment provider collects the payment credentials needed for checkout; ContactCore does not ask for full card or bank account numbers on its own pages.
- Device and notification information: application and operating-system information, notification preference, an Apple Push Notification service token where notifications are enabled, and delivery information.
- Support, audit, and technical information: a message sent through our contact form, the information you choose to include, related logs, service activity, spam or abuse signals, and records needed for troubleshooting, security, or audit.
3. How we use information
We process information to create and secure accounts; authenticate users; determine authorized access; provide requested features; receive and organize Customer Content; deliver visible and background service notifications; manage billing and organization balances; respond to support requests; prevent spam, fraud, and misuse; troubleshoot problems; enforce agreements; maintain records; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use Customer Content to create advertising profiles.
4. Controller and processor roles
Privacy law can distinguish between an organization that decides why personal information is used and an organization that processes it for another organization. ContactCore generally controls information required to operate its own accounts, security, support, websites, and platform administration.
When a business uses ContactCore on its own website, that business usually decides why it collects a form submission and how it will use it. In that setting, the business is generally responsible for its own privacy notice, legal basis, consent, and response to the form submitter. ContactCore processes that content to provide ContactCore. A person who submitted a business form should normally contact that business first.
5. Sharing and disclosures
We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to providers that host, secure, maintain, or operate the services; to Stripe or another payment provider for checkout, tax, receipts, refunds, disputes, and transaction support; to Apple platform services to deliver notifications when you enable them; to an organization or user you authorize; or to a successor in a merger, financing, or sale of relevant assets, subject to applicable law and this policy. For a transaction using Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe or its affiliate acts as merchant of record and handles applicable indirect-tax and transaction responsibilities under its own terms and privacy practices.
We may also preserve or disclose information when we reasonably believe it is required or permitted by valid applicable law, legal process, court order, subpoena, governmental demand, or a verified emergency involving a reasonable and imminent risk of death or serious physical injury. Where legally permitted and reasonably practicable, we may notify the affected customer. We may seek to narrow a request we believe is invalid or excessive, but do not promise to challenge every request.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary to maintain a sign-in session, secure an account, prevent fraud or automated abuse, remember essential settings, or operate a requested feature. We do not intentionally use these technologies for behavioral advertising or cross-site advertising tracking. If we introduce a non-essential technology that requires consent under applicable law, we will address that requirement before enabling it.
7. Apps, accounts and notifications
ContactCore uses account.lifeview.dev for sign-in. It receives a service-specific identifier and the profile information you authorize. Each organization manages its own forms, permissions and data. Apps may cache authorized content on the device. When you allow notifications, the necessary browser or device registration information is used to deliver them. In-app purchases, where available, are processed by Apple. We do not display advertising or use advertising identifiers or behavioral tracking.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting duties, and address security, disputes and audits. Automatic age-based deletion of submissions is not currently active. An inactive form stops new submissions, while already accepted work is completed. Form deletion requires a five-day waiting period and final confirmation by an authorized manager. Deleting an identity does not automatically delete an organization’s data belonging to other users. Financial and audit records may remain, including historical attribution using the name and email that were used. Backups may temporarily retain copies and do not provide individual restoration.
9. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and our role, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, a copy, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent for optional processing. Use the Privacy Choices page and the ContactCore contact form to make a request. We may ask for information sufficient to verify identity and authority, but will not intentionally ask for more than necessary. We may limit or delay a request where necessary to protect another person or organization, comply with law, prevent fraud, preserve security, or defend a legal claim. A request cannot restore information after final deletion.
10. Children
ContactCore’s public services are not directed to children where parental consent or special protections would be required. Do not knowingly use an ordinary ContactCore Form to collect children’s information unless you have determined and implemented the protections required for that use. If you believe a child has provided information to ContactCore contrary to applicable law, contact us through the ContactCore contact form.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No Internet-connected system can promise perfect security. Software vulnerabilities, human error, provider failures, and cyberattacks can occur. If we identify a security incident, we will investigate, work to contain and correct it, and provide notifications when legally required.
12. International use and changes
ContactCore LLC is a United States company. Information may be processed in the United States or another location where ContactCore or a provider operates, subject to applicable law. We may update this policy as services, law, or our practices change. The current version, date, and version number will remain at this address. If a change requires consent under applicable law, we will seek that consent rather than treating this policy itself as consent.
13. Contact
For a privacy question or request, use the ContactCore contact form and identify the service, organization, Form, or account involved. Do not include passwords, passkeys, private keys, full payment-card information, government identification, medical information, or unrelated sensitive information in an initial request.
Infrastructure provider
Account, communication and hosting infrastructure is provided by Life View Innovations LLC through lifeview.dev. Its privacy notice explains its own operations. That informational link does not incorporate its terms into ContactCore’s terms. Where it processes form data for ContactCore, it does so to provide that service; the business collecting a message retains its responsibilities toward the submitter.
