Start wherever you are.

Accounts and Organizations can be prepared now. New ContactCore Plans and credit packs are not available yet; existing clients can manage their Forms.

    Your account

    Sign in or create the Life View account you will use with ContactCore.

    Open Accounts

    Your Organization

    Create or select the Organization that owns your Forms. Its Forms will share Forwarding Credits and the same limit on all retained Forms.

    Your Form

    Manage your current Forms and their forwarding recipients. Each Form keeps its own reCAPTCHA key.

Only an Organization owner or administrator can add a Form. Other members can ask one of them to complete this step.
